So people have asked for me to “return” to the Houston grind.
meaning they’d like to see me DJ around again.
I may do some things here and there.

I just submitted a mix CD for the Hosuton Press DJ spin-off and we’ll see how that goes.
Feb 29th party is going to be great. I’m calling all my old friends.

so i’m driving home with my nieces and nephews when someone asked a question.
i dont remember what it was…maybe it was “who wants to taste my cooking?”
So instead of simply saying “no” everyone began to say what we’d
“rather” do. these were some responses:

“I’d rather marry a spider”
“I’d rather marry a chicken nugget”
“I’d rather kiss a tree”
“I’d rather kiss a hobo’s foot.”
“I’d rather belly flop in a pool with no water.”
“I’d rather roll around in poison ivy.”
“I’d rather step on an ant pile”

We took the ferry to the island. Weather was great!

July 4th weekend.
I had a great time when I went but i will say that it’s a cold hearted city.
When I went to Grand Central Station I was told not to say “hi” to anyone.

studying and studying has taken a toll on me mentally.
I love to read but I need some time to myself.
I’m glad I’m taking another mini-vacation but sometimes it
feels like I need to take a month off.

I know that this passage has to do with love in our walk but it
doesn’t hurt to look at the maturity of the frame of mind if someone possessed these
characteristics.
This doesn’t develop overnight or through a crisis but through understanding.
